Larysa Diinychko

Helps people understand and work through outdated response patterns and develop new ways of relating to themselves, food and others.

Work focus Eating disorders, addictive conditions and psychosomatic conditions
Format Therapy groups, individual psychotherapy sessions and consultations
Experience Medicine and Gestalt psychotherapy
Larysa works with people who have a difficult relationship with food and their body; emotional dependence; difficulty understanding their needs and feelings; difficulty building close relationships without boundary violations; and psychosomatic symptoms.

Therapy is not simply about helping a person get rid of something harmful. It is also a shared exploration of how and why a particular response once became necessary, what function it serves today, and which new ways of caring for oneself and building relationships can take its place.

Eating disorder psychotherapy is a distinct area of Larysa's work. She works not only with eating behavior as a symptom, but also with the experiences, needs and relationships with oneself and others that may lie beneath it.
