Alona Solomatina is a physician, dietitian, and medical psychologist specializing in eating disorders. In her practice, she combines medical and psychological approaches, working with eating disorders, comorbid conditions, and neurodivergence (ASD, ADHD).

She uses CBT methods, including CBT-E (Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders), as well as CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy). She combines evidence-based medical knowledge, psychoeducation, and psychological support, taking into account the nervous system, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and eating behavior.

She works with adults and children, women and men. Her areas of focus include eating disorders, anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID and other atypical eating disorders, eating difficulties associated with ASD and ADHD, emotional eating, anxiety, rigidity, difficulties with self-regulation, and restoring connection with the body and food.
